Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ciao Ciao Vacation pieces. So if you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery. 

To return an item please email us at ciao@ciaociaovacation.com. From there we will provide you with a return number & our return address. Please make sure your name and the RA number can also be found on the parcel. 

Please ensure that all tags remain attached & garments remain unworn to qualify for an eligible return. Ciao Ciao Vacation does not provide a refund for a change of mind, incorrect size or faults made by the customer.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return for a store credit or exchange.

STORE CREDITS

Once we  have received your return, we will issue your store credit via Gift Card, this can be used on all items in store. Our gift cards expire after 3 years, giving you all the time to find the perfect replacement item.

EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges. Although we may not always have the item you are chasing, we do our best to accommodate. To request an exchange please email us at ciao@ciaociaovacation.com. 

FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you feel like your item is faulty please email us at ciao@ciaociaovacation.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please make sure to include an image and description of the fault. Our customer service team will treat this as a top priority. In line with ACCC guidelines - Ciao Ciao Vacation will issue a full refund in the event that the items cannot be replaced. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-orders are classified as a custom-made goods as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such they are non-returnable. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality. For more information on this please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer.

All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such full payment is required on pre-orders. If you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit all or part of your money.

Shipping of pre-orders is commonly between 4 to 8 weeks. However, pre-orders can be delayed, due to issues that may arise which are out of our control, such as Australian custom clearances, inclement weather or strikes.
